As Customer Service Advisor working in our Bolton Customer Service Centre, you’ll earn a great base salary and a have access to a host of additional benefits. This role involves more than answering the phone; you’ll work as part of our omni-channel team, communicating with customers using a range of digital channels such as Whatsapp, email and messenger, alongside taking phone calls from customers who need to arrange an engineer visit.
