You will play a key role in the growth of our clients business by generating leads. Responsibilities: Meeting or surpassing sales targets. Identifying industry needs and opportunities. Negotiating contracts with prospective clients. Conducting sales presentations. Coordinating sales and marketing strategies. Promoting and explaining company services. Preparing and submitting client contracts. Visiting clients and prospects to backss their needs and promote services. Requirements: At least 4 years of business development experience within the commercial cleaning sector. The ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. Excellent negotiation and sales presentation skills. A proactive approach to lead generation.
