Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire Comprehensive training provided An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join one of the leading legal organisations that value hard work, respect, and provide a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Handling incoming enquiries via telephone. Offering quotations to potential clients interested in their services. Promoting various products and services. Pursuing leads with prospective clients and referrers. Initiating outbound calls to follow up on leads. Creating and managing client files using their internal case management system. Administering the Customer Portal for clients. Collaborating within shared inboxes to process quote enquiries promptly. Responding to customer inquiries professionally and within established timeframes. The Successful Candidate Will: Previous experience in a similar junior sales role is desirable Demonstrate proficiency in IT and meticulous attention to detail. Show resilience and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting. Handle objections with composure and grace under pressure. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
