Account Manager - Fin Tech (Bristol) About Us Reel Recruit is thrilled to partner with an industry-leading Fin Tech organisation situated in the vibrant city of Bristol. Job Overview We are looking for an Account Manager to join this exceptional team. This role will primarily focus on generating new business and managing existing accounts within the financial sector. Though cold calling is a key aspect, the role naturally progresses to involve account management and client retention. This is an ideal position for those with a career-focused mindset who excel in a fast-paced environment. Salary & Benefits Basic annual salary of £40,000 Outstanding bonus structure: Potential earnings of £70,000 in Year 1, £120,000 in Year 2, and £180,000 in Year 3 (Target dependent) Uncapped commissions Inclusive and collaborative working atmosphere Opportunities for career development and progression Candidates with B2B experience or junior SDRs looking for a step up are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Engage in cold-calling activities to secure new clients Build and maintain robust relationships with current accounts Deliver tailored client presentations to promote our range of financial services Collaborate with the internal team to develop customised financial solutions Keep abreast of market trends and consumer needs to identify new business opportunities Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or a related field is desirable Proven sales experience, preferably within the Fin Tech or B2B sectors Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Capability to establish and nurture strong client relationships Self-motivated with a robust work ethic Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
