Location: Nottingham (Colwick)Contract: Full Time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £22,000 per annum, increasing to £23,000 per annum upon successful completion of probation period. We are seeking to hire an Accounts Administrator to join our existing team at our Colwick site. This role involves working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. The Role Reporting to the Administration Manager, the successful candidate will handle a range of administrative tasks to support the broader business. Responsibilities will include: Dealing with a busy inbox daily (80-100 emails per day)Creating prices Investigating errors and queries Sending out proof invoices weekly and at month-end Managing the Tradex portal and uploading documents Generating manual invoices for consolidated customers at month-end Providing copy invoices and tickets for customers Scanning documents into Myenva Addressing Duty of Care queries and documentation Creating new orders for bin deliveries Handling bin cancellations and site suspensions The successful candidate should possess experience in a fast-paced administrative environment. Proficiency in using various office applications and the ability to quickly adapt to our in-house software are essential. Exceptional attention to detail and prior experience in a similar role are necessary. The candidate should also excel in prioritising workloads to meet customer demands.
