As a Business Process Manager, you’ll have the chance to shape new processes working with a team of administrators that support the business through day-to-day activities as well as implementing continuous service improvements. Together, you’ll enable our frontline colleagues to deliver brilliant services to our customers efficiently, delivering on our customer promise. Typical day as a Business Process Manager You’ll ensure business needs are met with successful business processes, improvement initiatives, driving efficiencies and a lean approach. You’ll manage stakeholder relationships, influencing and agreeing on approach and establishing priorities. You’ll empower and lead your team of administrators, supporting them to learn and develop, living our brilliant behaviours and making it a great place to work. You’ll use your keen eye to look for continuous process improvements across our care services, in line with the business operation plan priorities, aiming to reduce waste and ensure benefit to the business. Your passion and outcome focused approach will support accountability across the business and drive a self-service culture with accountability.
