About the Role: You will primarily be supporting the supervision activities and requirements of our Housing operations, Voids and reactive repairs contracts, ensuring all supervisory procedures are being undertaken efficiently in compliance with Company operating procedures, deliver best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability, and resource deployment. You will primarily be supporting the supervision activities and requirements of our Housing operations, ensuring all supervisory procedures are being undertaken efficiently in compliance with Company operating procedures, deliver best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability and resource deployment. Supervision of contract activities, ensuring maximum productivity, profitability and satisfaction through effective resource Monitor work delivery, progression & completion via ongoing site visits to ensure works are adequately resourced. Compiling management reports on operational activities, initiatives, and performance. Manage employees’ performance, coach, and develop individuals in their roles. Demonstrate, maintain and monitor the company’s commitments to best practice with legislation Role Criteria: • Previous supervisor or managerial experience• Knowledge in trade / construction• Excellent customer service• Team player• Use own initiative All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within.
