Quantity Surveyor Brierley Hill Construction GBP45,000 : GBP50,000 Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for your next role? The company you will be working for is a specialist contractor in the Midlands, delivering projects in sectors such as; refurb, fit out, education and healthcare up to GBP20m in value. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of projects in and around Birmingham. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of the project, ensuring accurate cost control and maximising profitability. Working closely with the project team, subcontractors, and clients, you will manage costs, prepare estimates, evaluate variations, and contribute to the overall success of the project. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor, within main construction.
