They offer comprehensive solutions for commercial, public, and residential sectors. The Role: They are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their experienced team. You will engage in diverse projects across public and private sectors, contributing to surveys, specifications, and administration. Responsibilities: Conduct measured surveys and site inspections. Prepare plans using CAD. Lead as Project Manager and Consultant. Design projects and draft specifications (NBS). Handle tender documentation and contract administration. Attend site visits and meetings. Manage professional matters such as Party Wall, Acquisitions, Condition Surveys, Dilapidations, etc. Mentor Graduate and Apprentice Building Surveyors. Requirements: Previous experience of 5 years working as Building Surveyor or in a similar role RICS Accredited Degree in Building Surveying (MRICS preferred). Familiarity with statutory processes, UK Building Regulations, and Planning. Proficient in computing and organisational skills. Benefits: Competitive salary.
