Responsibilities: Process Supplier bills File and organise documents Answer phones Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Ledgers Maintain up: to: date and organised documents Check statements and VAT on invoices Enter invoices into accounting system Requirements: Prior experience working as a Junior Accounts Administrator, Accounts Clerk, Bookkeeper, financial assistant or in a similar role Familiarity with Quickbooks is advantageous.
