The Company Our client is a customer centric, product focused financial services provider with a strong reputation across the financial services industry. The business is passionate about working with their clients in a way that will offer them innovative ways to secure their financial future. Due to continued growth and innovation, they are now seeking an experienced product professional for a key role within their Everyday banking division. Key Accountabilities: Working collaboratively with the Head of Product and cross functional teams to both develop and manage the bank's Term deposit product with a focus on both growth and retention. Assisting with updates to disclosure documents, collateral and procedural documents Taking ownership of Incident management and remediation initiatives. Ensuring the pricing strategies set are competitive and closely monitored. Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements that impact the deposits space, adapting strategies and initiatives accordingly. Regulatory reporting Competitor analysis Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, fostering an environment conducive to creativity and teamwork. Your story so far: Previous product management experience within the Everyday banking/Deposits space Tertiary qualifications in a busines related discipline Strong commercial acumen particularly around liquidity and risk Good understanding of Digital channels and compliance obligations in the financial sector Excellent stakeholder.
