Acting as a first point of contact for any incoming enquiries via the website, phone or email Processing orders in a timely manner. Chasing outstanding orders to make sure client expectations are met. Update company dataset accurately Previous IT support experience desirable. Experience of MS Windows and Office 365 desirable but not required. Further training to be provided where required. GCSE Maths & English or equivalent Customer service advisor ideal personal skills: Ability to work effectively by yourself and as part of a small, responsive team. Analytical and logical approach to problem solving. A diligent and positive approach to work, with a mindset of continual improvement.
