Scheduling Work: The Workshop Controller is responsible for scheduling work and assigning tasks to technicians, ensuring that they are working on the correct jobs and completing them within the estimated timeframes.3. Monitoring Workflow: The Workshop Controller must monitor the workflow in the workshop, ensuring that work is progressing smoothly and on schedule.
