S&MD Finance Manager - Med Tech EMEA Location: Preferably Switzerland, UK or Belgium. Other locations may be considered. Job Purpose: Reporting to Regional Controller Strategy & Market Development, this role with provide finance support to key pillars of the Strategy & Market Development EMEA team and to selected regional strategic projects and/or functions. The Strategy & Market Development EMEA department brings together a number of Commercial Centers of Excellence such as : Insights, Data & Analytics, Commercial Excellence, Omni Channel Marketing, Health Economics and Market Access and Digital Solutions. Key priority & vision of this group is to drive transformation in EMEA Med Tech`s way of working by: ü Implementing and scaling digital solutions to generate incremental value in across the region for hospitals and patients ü Building and Integrating critical capabilities, streamline, and simplify ways of working across franchises and countries ü Improving connections between franchise strategy and growth opportunity through insights, evidence, and clear performance measures Dimensions Member of the Med Tech EMEA Regional Finance team (Regional FLT). • Med Tech Sales 2023 ~ $5.3B Main Responsibilities • E2E responsible for Standardization of Digital Solutions across EMEA • Continue to support the shaping of the EMEA Digital Solution strategy to Sustain current portfolio and in preparation of Project Nucleus by working closely with the Global team. • Drive consistency on Digital Solution accounting across all EMEA markets. • Accurate charge-out and reconciliation of Digital Solution ICPs & addback. • Support the reporting, development, and automation of Deal Platform to accurately capture deal-making across EMEA • Lead the engagement with Regional Tax, Magellan Project team and any other stakeholders to ensure accounting for Digital is prioritized for SAP S4 implementation. • Providing high quality business partnering support to the.
