As an Airport Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all passengers and visitors at Bristol Airport. You will be responsible for assisting travellers, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a strong customer-centric approach, will be essential in delivering outstanding service to all airport stakeholders. Hourly Rate of £11.04. Temporary Position for a min of 2 months with a possible opportunity of a permanent position for the right candidates. Responsibilities: Greet passengers and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour, always creating a welcoming atmosphere.
