We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join the team as an Airport Customer Service Agent. As an Airport Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all passengers and visitors at Bristol Airport. You will be responsible for assisting travellers, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a strong customer-centric approach, will be essential in delivering outstanding service to all airport stakeholders. Hourly Rate of £11.04. Temporary Position with the opportunity for this to become permanent after 12 weeks of employment through Mego Employment Ltd. Responsibilities: Greet passengers and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour, always creating a welcoming atmosphere. Assisting passengers through security and helping with bags Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, gate assignments, baggage handling, airport facilities, and other relevant inquiries. Assist passengers with check-in procedures, boarding processes, and connecting flights, ensuring a smooth and seamless journey.
