Position : Plater Welder Location : Hope cement, Derbyshire Hours : 10hr shifts, Mon-Sun (will usually work approx 9 hrs Mon-Fri, 6 hrs Sat-Sun) Start Date : 18.09.23 Duration : 2 weeks PAYE Pay Rate : - £1600/week Gross- £18.72/hr, Mon-Sun, All hrs (£16.71 + £2.01 Holiday Pay = £18.72/hr total)- £43.27/day lodge allowance (not taxed) Weekly Gross and Net Pay : - Based on 70hrs/week paid: £1310/week Gross + £302.89/week lodge allowance = approx £1230/week Net paid inc lodge allowance The Role : Integrate Engineering are recruiting for additional Plater Welders on behalf of our client for a cement plant outage in Derbyshire. The work will involve plate repairs and welding on existing steel plate and channel. Duties will include: - Using oxyacetylene burning equipment to remove sections of plate- Setting out, marking and cutting steel plate- Repairing heat distorted steel plate- Plate, pipe, channel and bracket repairs- MMA welding on mild steel plate- Assisting mechanical trades Requirements : - CCNSG card- Experience of working on heavy industrial sites- Plating, Burning and MMA welding experience.
