You will be working on projects throughout Surrey and Susinteraction ranging from one to twenty units. You will work with the Contracts Manager on sub contract procurement and managing sub contractor accounts. This Developer has doubled output in the last 2 years and they have a strong pipeline of work. There are excellent career opportunities for the successful applicant in the years to come. Responsibilities of the successful Quantity Surveyor include: Sub Contract Procurement CVRs managing/agreeing valuations/variations Managing subcontractor accounts Procuring subcontractors Cash flow forecasts Final accounts The rewards.
