Office Junior Bramley, Guildford Full Time - Temp Position (Term-Time only) until Friday 15th December 2023We seek to appoint an assistant who is energetic, flexible, friendly and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and willing approach. Working as part of a team is vital and the successful candidate should be able to work constructively within a small, closely-knit and very busy administrative team. The administrative team comprises 18 support staff across both sites and in a number of separate office locations. The Office Junior will provide administrative support as directed by Senior Management to members of the team. On a day-to-day basis, the Office Junior is accountable to, and line-managed by, the School Office Manager. However, their deployment when not in the Office is directed by the Director of Staff to assist with management tasks. This is a full-time temporary position to start as soon as possible. The hours are 8.30am until 6.00pm each day with an hour’s break for lunch. The specific duties of this post holder involve splitting your time working in the School Office and also assisting the Registrars in the Senior and Prep Schools. The salary will be anywhere between £9.94 per hour for a School leaver (post A Levels) to £12.07 per hour for a Graduate.
