Global Payroll Specialist : London/Hybrid : c GBP75K Our client is an independent commodity pricing and information organisation and are one of the most trusted Price Reporting Agencies (PRA) in their industry, we are partnering with them as they look to increase their team. They are looking for a Global Payroll Specialist to join their team as they look to implement a new payroll system. You will essentially be an SME with either Cloud Pay or ADP, having worked with either globally. you will have a strong focus on outsourced payroll management, you will play a pivotal role in the implementing and maintaining payroll processes through outsourced payroll providers across the organisations global operations. You will work closely with the global HR team, as well as Finance, Transition Service Agreement stakeholders and outsourced managed payroll providers. KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS They are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast: paced, successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly. Proven experience as a Global Payroll Specialist or in a similar role, with hands: on experience in managing payrolls across multiple countries. In: depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment laws in UK is required, and knowledge in various other countries is desirable. Familiarity with global payroll software and systems. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in processing and managing payroll data. Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a fast: paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or other relevant certifications are desirable. Experience in payroll implementation programmes Eutopia Solutions Ltd (Eutopia) is.
