The Opportunity The primary objective of this role is to ensure that their current product offering is offering excellent value for their customers whilst also driving new product initiatives to optimise growth opportunities. Key Accountabilities: Ensuring that key initiatives are being executed in line with overall company strategy Working with cross functional teams to design and create sustainable products which are highly customer centric. Reporting on product performance and issues are in place Ensuring compliance and regulatory guidelines are being met Ensuring that information is accurate and considers customer centric approach and is in line with Product Strategy Market research and competitor analysis Working closely with the digital team to increase capabilities, reach and ensuring a top-class customer journey. Adhoc projects to achieve overall company strategy. To be successful for the role you will ideally have: Very good technical knowledge of Health Insurance products having worked with another Insurer in areas such as Product, Benefits or claims.
