Job Purpose Are you looking to progress your career in global mobility tax? There are exciting plans for growth and development within Global Mobility Services at Mazars. We are looking for someone who has the appetite to take advantage of their personal career development and business opportunities, which can be gained through the exposure and responsibility of day to day delivery and management of client relationships. The role has a dual compliance and advisory focus. Working closely with other members of the Global Mobility Team, you will focus on the delivery of an exceptional service to your clients, demonstrating your solid tax technical capabilities and building strong and lasting relationships with your client base. Combined with this you will also be responsible for developing and coaching junior members of the team, and other functions needed for the efficient running of the team. Role & Responsibilities To manage all day to day aspects of a client portfolio, this will include the following: Conducting arrival and departure meetings with international assignees. Reviewing UK tax returns and dealing with any queries arising. Running modified expatriate payrolls, gross up calculations and the year-end process. Financial management. Manage and coach junior members of the team to ensure a high standard of client delivery. To be the primary contact point for both the corporate clients and the individual expatriates.
