Role : Production Operative Salary : GBP 40,000: GBP 45,000per annum Benefits : Pension scheme, long service awards, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Type : Permanent, Full: Time Location : Kings Lynn Company Overview : A highly successful manufacturing company located in King's Lynn that provides top: class products for the foodservice, bakery and retail industry. They are now looking to recruit a brand: new Manufacturing Engineer to join the growing company on a permanent basis. Manufacturing Engineer role purpose: : To provide manufacturing engineering and technical support to manufacturing process areas. To develop continuous improvement within the Plant by using 5S programmes, TPM, VSM, 80/20, in lining and other Lean tools. Key Skills: : Excellent communication skills. : Auto CAD or Solid Works. : Lean manufacturing techniques and tools, and understanding of 8 wastes, Standard work, Visual workplace, Continuous Improvements, Kanban, SMED, Kaizen : Process and customer focused. : Ability to work collaboratively across wider business departments. Qualifications: : Degree in relevant SMET subject or HND in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering considered with extensive relevant manufacturing experience.
