(Please note this is a 12-month contract and remote working role from anywhere in Canada) The opportunity Reporting to the Director, IT Solutions, the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) provides strategic analysis, planning, reporting, implementation and operation of projects and support efforts associated with the work of the Information Technology team and our core applications. The BSA establishes and maintains relationships and effectively collaborates with internal business leaders, process owners and external vendors to align work efforts and help develop frameworks that enable successful business operations. The BSA understands the business and can elicit requirements from various levels of the business and help guide decisions for technical solutions. How you will make an impact every day Business Analysis Thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
