If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity We have a rewarding opportunity for a Female Local Service Manager to join our management team. This position is based at Studfield Court, while also being responsible for Byron Road and The Refuge in Sheffield. Studfield Court has eight fully furnished, self: contained flats and provides supported accommodation for adults with learning disabilities, who have low to medium support needs. This is a CQC Registered Service. Byron Road has nine rooms in a shared house and provides support for adults aged 18 and over, with a range of mental health needs encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible. The schemes are situated in a quiet residential area close to local amenities and has excellent public transport links. The Refuge offers purpose built accommodation to families and singles who are feeling Domestic Abuse. Working closely with the support provider, we provide a Housing Management function careering out referral backssments, monitoring rent accounts, managing voids, ensuring maintenance is completed and compliance in Health and Safety.
