Customer Service Advisor We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join us in our busy Customer Support Centre, based at our Support Office in Nottingham. You will be working as part of our inbound Customer Service team, delivering excellent care through every customer interaction. About the role You will be handling inbound calls from our customers and store colleagues, where you will need to actively listen, understand, and support them with any queries, from receipt right through to resolution. This could be helping them with anything from; , Advantage Card and Healthcare services queries. In role you’ll be supported by our training team and mentors, to ensure you have all the knowledge, skills and confidence required. We are looking for people who can work between 25 - 37.5 hours per week and have full flexibility over our operating hours. Our operating hours are 8.30am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 8.45am - 5pm Saturday & Sunday. On bank holidays we are open 9.00am - 4.00pm. Once you have completed 6 weeks of training, we can potentially consider a flexible, hybrid working approach, which includes a balanced mix of remote and office-based working.
