Our company has over 1,000 customers daily, through cash & carry, doorstep delivery, or our re-distribution program. We work hard to keep our customers happy by going above and beyond their expectations in price, consistency, quality and service. We would be needing a marketing manager to improve the visibility of the company and engage with potential customers more effectively Job type: permanent, full time job with flexible working hours, including weekends Salary: $49.00 /hour Job responsibilities include: - Manage the staff and assign duties as needed- Plan the budgets and authorize all the expenditures as the store required- Resolve customer and clients complaints- Regulate staffing requirements i. e. hire and human resources- Strategy, direct and backss the operations of establishments involved in the sales departments and etc. - Study the market research and trends to figure out consumer demands and needs- Determine the wanted merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies- Develop and implement marketing strategize to enhance the store sales Additional skills: - Organized, flexible, team player, excellent interpersonal skills, and client focus.
