Our business offers window cleaning and maintenance services to residential, commercial and high-rise buildings customers. Among our services are: power washing, leaves cleaning, laundry vent cleaning, vine and branch trimming, window caulking, downpipe cleaning, flood testing, chandelier cleaning, fascia/soffit/stucco repair, and a host of interior repair, painting and cleaning services in the winter season. THE POSITION H. Breiter Window Cleaning Ltd. is looking to hire knowledgeable and experienced Rope Access Technicians to join our in-house team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and reliable. JOB DUTIES• High-rise window cleaning via rope access• Exterior building pressure-washing• Post-construction window cleaning• Rope access to hard-to-reach areas without scaffold or a work platform• Descend, ascend and transverse ropes for access and work while suspend by harness• Perform duties such as inspections, painting touch-ups, washing windows, pressure washing, and water proofing, caulking and other kinds of work at height or high angle• Perform minor repair/maintenance activities at height or high angle• Liaising with clients on the job site• Managing rope access equipment on site• Report to dispatch manager throughout the work day to receive instructions and when jobs are completed• Follow established safety rules and instructions REQUIREMENTS: - High School Diploma- IRATA certification is an asset- 1 year of experience as a Rope Access Technician required- English language both written and verbal COMPENSATION AND CONDITIONS: • $27.00 per hour• 35 hours/week with paid overtime after 44 hours• The employee is entitled to 10 days of vacation annually. • Full-time, permanent position LOCATION OF WORK: You will be based at 12 BENTWORTH AVE.
