Location : Various Locations with base in Victoria, BCTitle : Drywall Installer NOC code : 73102Positions available : 2Salary : $28.30/hour Start date : As soon as possible Language : English Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience : 1- 2 years’ experience required Duties• Measure, cut and fit drywall sheets for installation on walls and ceilings• Using a trowel and broad knife, fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound. • Apply tape to joints with a taping machine and embed tape in compound. • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints• To protect exterior corners, cut and insert metal corner beads. • Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place them in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings. • Smooth out any extra product and let the coat dry. • Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists Please apply to xyz X@ with your contact details and resume.
