Due to a number of significant project wins that will generate a record turnover they are looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead projects to c GBP 15m in their North West region. The role will be to motivate and manage the site team, evaluating and influencing the performance of sub: contractors, creating and revising programmes, design team co: ordination, health and safety management, reporting to the main board on progress, identifying and solving resource issues, chairing design and progress meetings with the site teams and the client. Applicants will be strong leaders with a successful track record of delivering projects in various sectors.
