We are looking for an experienced Sales Regional Manager to join our team in the travel industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales agents to drive revenue growth and providing the necessary tools, resources, and training to increase their effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, training methodologies, and a track record of driving results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales enablement programs that support the sales team's success, including training, coaching, and communication strategies. Work closely with sales leadership to identify sales process improvement opportunities and develop sales training materials to address knowledge and skill gaps. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create sales collateral, presentations, and demos that support the sales team's efforts. Build and maintain a sales content library to ensure sales reps have easy access to up-to-date and relevant materials. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that can enhance the sales team's productivity and effectiveness. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the sales team has the necessary resources and support to achieve their revenue targets. Measure and analyse the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and report on KPIs to sales leadership. Manage and coach a team of virtual and office-based sales agents to achieve sales targets, managing high standard of sales performance to optimize conversion. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive growth in your assigned region. Liaise with Senior Management to ensure that preferred suppliers are prioritized by the sales team, and margins are maximized. Maintain staffing levels and performance through recruitment, training, mentoring, performance management, and administration to maximize their potential and growth within the company.
