Experience: 2-3 years of related experience is required. Job Duties: • Plan, organise, direct, control and evaluate the operations of banquet hall• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance• Control inventory, monitor revenues and adjust procedures• Recruit staff and oversee staff training• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed by all employees• Discuss arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies• Develop innovative marketing policies to help grow business. Benefits: As per employment standards act; Overtime after 40 hours per week; The employee will get 10 days paid Vacation.
