The Regional Engineering Manager vacancy is working with a PLC listed, and UK market leading manufacturing business with an impressive portfolio of manufacturing sites across the UK. Reporting to the UK Head of Maintenance Engineering you will lead a team of central engineers across 6 sites in the South of England, whilst coordinating regional support for the factory engineering maintenance teams, assuming overall responsibility for deploying the Engineering and Maintenance strategy across your regional manufacturing sites in your regional area. You will be responsible for building strength, competence and ownership into the factory engineering teams; Instrumental in developing and delivering process improvement projects on time, to budget whilst supporting the building of a culture focused on both sustainable and continuous improvement, where our people and process deliver exceptional performance.
