This is a new and integral role within the business, reporting to our Director of Facilities, where you will lead, manage, and deliver a robust and compliant Property Operations, Maintenance & Energy Costs (POMEC) technical process that delivers an effective, efficient, and brand compliant Hotel. We are looking for a strong and highly experienced leader, with the capabilities to manage, lead and develop both an internal and external team of Engineers, with operational excellence, safety & security, guest satisfaction & employee engagement always at the forefront. You will set out the delivery of a proactive & preventative property operation and maintenance process to all elements of the hotel as well as provide technical input into annual POMEC budget setting, maintenance/FF&E capital reserves plus renovation/expansion capital plans, to ensure that appropriate budget, scope, and programme is identified for technical matters.
