Location: Doncaster Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £10.85 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 16:30)Mawdsleys are a global medical service provider offering a wide range of services to the medical industry and healthcare sector. We are the largest independent medical wholesaler in the UK with a fast-growing international network supplying medicines to meet patient needs and providing a route to market for manufacturers. We are fully managed and regulatory compliant, sourcing imported medicines for specific patient needs. The company is experiencing growth at the moment, providing a much-needed healthcare service. The successful candidate must have good communication and problem-solving skills and be able to communicate at all levels both written and verbal. They will need to be motivated, committed, and enthusiastic with a 'hands-on approach' working in a busy office environment. Good IT system knowledge and skills are essential. Responsible for all aspects of: Working closely with the internal buyers to maintain correct stock levels. Carrying out daily checks of stock levels and ordering stock where necessary. Reporting on problem products. Booking stock on to the system upon receipt. Raising claims for any discrepancies with orders from suppliers. Reporting overstocked products to the sales team. Chasing outstanding purchase orders with suppliers. Completing and actioning discrepancy forms. Carrying out spot checks of shelves and reporting to management. Providing support and assisting with internal or external stock takes.
