The client is looking to expand in the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland. You would be responsible for overseeing and managing the expansion the company's operations into new markets, regions, or areas. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and coordination of activities related to expanding the company's reach, whether that involves opening new locations, entering new markets, or scaling existing operations. About the role: Market Research: Conducting thorough market research to identify opportunities and backss the feasibility of expansion into new regions. Strategy Development: Creating a strategic plan for expansion, including setting goals, defining target markets, and outlining the steps to achieve growth. Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Managing the logistics and supply chain to ensure efficient distribution and delivery of products or services in new markets. Team Coordination: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to expansion. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensuring that the company complies with all relevant regulations and legal requirements in new markets. Budgeting and Financial Planning: Developing and managing budgets for expansion projects and tracking expenses to ensure profitability.
