As part of our ongoing expansion and continuous efforts to expand our professional network worldwide, we seek a highly experienced and committed Finance Officer to join our team. As part of your role you will be responsible for: • Keeping and maintaining financial records and establishing, maintaining and balancing accounts• Ensuring financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes• Preparing invoice reports and issuing cheques as required• Monitoring all bank deposits and payments, occasionally conducting verification of transactions• Performing account analysis to ensure entries and balances are correct• Supporting the company`s executive team by preparing financial reports on special request and assisting in end-of-year internal financial audits• Calculating and preparing cheques for payrolls and necessary schedules for annual tax returns An ideal candidate will possess the following: • Completion of Secondary School• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role• Strong command of English to ensure smooth communication• High degree of independent judgment• Ability to solve complex problems Conditions of employment: • Permanent, full-time position• Hourly salary of $27.00 for 35 hours work-week.
