Residential Conveyancer - Head of Team Altrincham Area - 3 days office based Salary DOEI am currently recruiting for a Law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing with ideally over five years experience The role Residential Conveyancing role will include: Deal with all manor of transactions, Freehold, Leasehold, Right to Buy, Auction Purchase, Shared Ownership, Deeds of variations, Informal Lease extensions etc Previous experience of managing and working with an assistant. Ability to work independently Worked with an assistant previously, and able to direct junior staff members The ideal candidate will have: 5 Years Experience Fee Earning within conveyancing Gold standard professional approach to clients. Able to build strong relationships with clients. Effective networking skills.
