Client Services Manager Mary Rose Court, Basingstoke Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) Salary £25,000 to £26,160 pa, on call shift payment of £14.30 per session (optional occasional additional income if interested but not compulsory for this role) plus great benefits including Health cash plan. You have a genuine passion to lead our services in delivering aspirational person-centered housing related support. You’ll be part of the management team responsible for our Social Inclusion service which provides accommodation and support for 45 customers who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness often due to issues around drug and substances and/or poor mental health. Our customers live in a range of accommodation across Basingstoke, but our service hub is at Mary Rose Court which is home to 19 of them. We help our customers gain the skills to live independently in the community by supporting them to maintain their tenancies and to improve their physical and mental health. Your role will be to support Sherene, our Senior Client Service Manager to ensure we deliver safe, efficient, high quality, cost effective and customer centered services. You’ll help empower our customers to live independently and make it a great place to work for our colleagues. You’ll facilitate the high performance and quality assurance of our services using your experience and strong skills in effectively motivating and directing colleagues. You’ll also monitor service performance against contractual targets and work with our Health and Safety and maintenance teams to ensure our customer’s homes are safe and well maintained.
