Locum Agency Manager - Northern Ireland Extremely varied Leadership opportunity with career progression Autonomy to lead teams and drive businesses forward working across Northern Ireland Up to £45,000 + up to 17.5% bonus + company car + great benefits About the role We have an opportunity for a Locum Agency Manager to join our growing Regional Sales team in the Northern Ireland region. You’ll help keep a designated business driving forward by providing proactive, responsive support when the unexpected happens, such as a rise in client volume, or planned support to cover a long-term absence, such as maternity leave. As a Locum Agency Manager, you’ll build and maintain effective relationships with our Regional Service Centre. You’ll also work closely with our Sales team, who have full autonomy in running their office, where they lead and coach their teams to sell a wide range of financial products and services to new and existing customers. Within a designated agency, you’ll lead a team to plan and deliver their sales and marketing objectives and run marketing campaigns to develop new business across all product ranges. You’ll support, integrate and coach new agents, providing them with the awareness and knowledge of the NFU Mutual culture and model, to improve their capability to maximise business potential. You’ll also manage administration to include Health and Safety, engagement of the staff and maintenance of the office environment. As this role covers several agencies in the Northern Ireland region you must be able to drive and be willing to travel. You may also be required to cover the UK from time to time. About you With experience of supporting and influencing multiple stakeholders at various levels, you'll be an experienced team leader, who can confidently speak to customers and ensure the smooth running of an effective team.
