We are currently working with one of the UK’s largest gaming companies based in Burton who are looking for a Junior Java Script Game Developer. You will be producing functional and operable code working alongside other departments to produce and deliver high quality, graphically rich games for mobiles and web. We are looking for someone who has experience with Java Script and ES6 through either university or commercially, and any exposure to Pixi. JS or Node. JS is a benefit. The company are adopting a hybrid working pattern and offering 2 days work from home, however if you are further away they will be open to fully remote working. The office is in the centre of Burton, close to public transport links and also offers ample parking. Key Requirements Previous experience in development with Java Script and ES6 either commercially or through university Knowledge of HTML5Source control experience ideally with Github Excellent communication skillinteractioncellent organisation and time management skills Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
