Non Stop Care are looking for a Service Manager for an Independent Childrens Service in the Berkshire area This is a not: for: profit service wholly owned by a Local Authority in the area, consisting of 4 teams where the Social Workers hold cases within CIN and Child Protection. Responsibilities: This is a key operational and strategic management post which will be responsible for the safe delivery of high quality childrens services within the multi: agency context. This post will also be responsible for contributing to and driving continuous improvement and future strategy As Service Manager, you will oversee; Strategy/Policy Managerial Leadership Organisational Performance Financial Management Benefits: Attractive starting salary : Up to GBP72,430 (LGPS) Flexible hybrid working aiding a great work: life balance Ongoing training, support and personal development Relocation Scheme 25 days holiday plus public holidays (rising each year) Discounted Child Care (on site nursery) Requirements: Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
