Job Title: Executive Assistants to CEO Location: London EC1A 2BN Salary: GBP40K : GBP45K Pro Rata Job type: Part time, Permanent 1 x 40 hour, 6 day Wednesday: Wednesday on week with 4 days off, Thursday : Tuesday OR 20 hours a week Monday: Friday, ideally 2.5 hours Monday and Friday, 5 hours Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday There are 3 positions available Job Description Our business is over 20 years old, growing, and looking to grow more. Over the last few years we have been building the behind: the: scenes systems and infrastructure for our scaleable business both here in the UK and also internationally. I am pretty sure you will not have heard of us but we are creating quite a name for ourselves in our specific target market and ready to take on more business. We are in the process of finishing this setup phase and to get to the next stage require you. So, who are you? Are you someone who completes activities to an excellent or outstanding level? You will value working from home and being paid to have your birthday off, weekly face to face meetings and social with your colleagues and me in central London, with a specific set of skills but more importantly fit the person profile we are looking for which is: You love looking at the norm and finding a better way You will love to get sht done and find a way to make stuff happen You love people for all their good and the bad : because you want to and can help them You love to see things to completion and own the outcome The details are important to you Youre used to working in a small business where everyone does what needs to be done You ask about what you dont understand rather than winging it You are uber organised and happy to document processes for others to pick up You love to test your comfort zone knowing that outside it is where the magic happens Technology is not a problem for you as you are a quick learner and analytical You will deliver what you say you will and let people know of.
