Part Time Accounts/ Bookkeeper Are you seeking a part-time role that offers flexibility and a supportive work environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client is located in Havant and is seeking a skilled accounts / bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate for this position should have a background in bookkeeping and accounting. They should also have excellent organisational skills and be comfortable working independently. Here are some additional details about the job: The Role: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Prepare financial reports for management Assist with payroll processing Occasional credit control (email reminders etc) Completing/submitting VAT returns The Person: Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Sage 50 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working Hours: This is a part-time position, 24 hours per week Preferably split over 5 days, however specific working hours can be negotiated with the employer The role is office based Additional Information: Salary advertised is pro rata and works out as roughly £15 - £17 per hour and this is depending on experience This is a permanent position Free on site car parking Superb facilities including on site nursery, Costa Coffee, recently refurbished cafeteria and gym If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining this friendly office in Havant, please submit your application today!
