Produce and oversee high quality digital and print creative solutions that address both marketing and wider business needs. Role Responsibilities: Work across the full range of design pieces from social media posts to videos and animated graphics from conception through to completion Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics Review junior designers' work to ensure high quality Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services Maintain brand consistency through all marketing projects Liaise with the relevant teams to ensure deadlines are met and that work supports the wider marketing/business objectives Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools ensuring that we are always aspiring to create work that engages and attracts audiences and aids the marketing funnel To proactively drive innovation with new ideas and options made available by new technologies To assist by offering strategic and technical advice for anyone working on these projects To be willing to share your technical knowledge and mentor less experienced team members.
