Site Manager : East London : New build Residential A main contractor is currently seeking to recruit a Site Manager for a new build RC frame residential project in East London. The project is currently at piling stage and started on site last month. The successful site manager will be required to oversee sites as a stand alone manager organising relevant trade subcontractors and liaising with the client. Main duties will include: Setting out and checking works as required for the project Undertaking daily inductions Maintaining a site diary Undertaking pre pour check for concrete pours Undertaking certain environmental monitoring requirements (specific training will be provided) Undertaking weekly checks and completing a task list as outlined by the Project Manager Checking setting out instruments weekly/monthly Resolve setting out queries and raise necessary RFIs in relation to these.
