Work Arrangement: Hybrid Department: Logistics Area Overview Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Calgary office is recruiting for a Logistics Analyst to join the team. This position reports to the Supevisor, Logistics in the Natural Gas Liquids Business Unit, part of Pembina’s Operations Business Division. Reporting to the Supervisor, Logistics the successful candidate will be responsible for managing product movements for the NBU business unit in both Western & Eastern Canada. They will work closely with internal/external stakeholders to maximize product delivery and receipts, marketing forecasts and various other revenue generating opportunities within the business unit. This is an 18-month fixed term role. Responsibilities Month end volumetric allocations and facility balancing; Report daily / weekly/ monthly statistics as require for various stakeholders; Update truck carrier and rail information in various systems; Provide regular inventory position updates for both internal and external customers; Monitor actual shipper receipts and deliveries versus nominations; Communicating with shippers, upstream and downstream pipelines to ensure proper deliveries; Review and approve all invoices to ensure customers are billed as per their contract; Identify and communicate potential revenue generating opportunities to management; Contract review & administration; and Ability to manage various receipt and delivery points Job Qualifications 3+ years of logistics / scheduling experience, preferably in Gas or NGL; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with internal and external customers; Production or volumetric accounting experience an asset; Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; Highly efficient analytical skills with a strong attention to detail; Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on proactively identifying potential issues and providing solutions as required; Ability to manage and prioritize various tasks, scheduling multiple receipt.
