We are part of the Airedale Group who are a market leading design, installation, and maintenance provider for commercial kitchens in the UK hospitality and food service industry. Working alongside clients from the initial designs, offering the complete end to end solution with established, long-standing relationships across an extensive, blue chip client base. Responsibilities: Working closely with the Group Head of HR & Development, ensuring the followingresponsibilities are carried out in a timely fashion, and have a full understanding of HRtasks, including but not limited to: Process all new starters including production of employment contracts, induction packs, reference requests, and company handbooks. Process leavers including the submission of the resignation acceptance letters and calculating leavers' final Pay in Lieu of annual leave due. Maintain absence records and return to works. Process all paperwork associated with employment changes and variations to contracts. Create and maintain all employee personnel files, ensuring archiving of leavers and cleansing of information held in line with the Data Protection Act (GDPR). Support the administration of annual pay review, employee survey and HR statistics. Assist with projects, such as new HR system roll out, employment contract overhaul, ensuring these align with group HR. Coordinate training sessions.
