CNC Machinist (Vertical Milling / Millers) Andover, Hampshire A GBP 14.00 to A GBP 17.00ph DOE + Overtime + 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Free Parking + PPE supplied + Training + Regular Reviews 39 Hours per Week Monday to Thursday 8am : 4:30pm, early finish Friday 3:30pm CNC Machinist (Vertical Miller) required for a well: established company that is currently expanding due to its continuing success. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business that manufactures precision castings including the automotive, military, transport sectors. The chosen candidate will be working on a variety of customer projects, be able to run high precision components such as gearbox machining in low volume batches and inspect own work. The successful CNC Machinist will have strong track record as a CNC miller (any experience with Mazak, Fanuc). They will also be competent with geometric tolerances and have a methodical method of working, including problem solving. You can really boost your earnings with overtime in this role. Around 6:12 hours a week is regularly available. For the first 10 hours this is paid at time and a third, then any after is at a time and a half rate. The Role: A Running Vertical Milling Machines, including 5 Axis A When required Editing CNC Programs for the effective machining of components A Entering data into Routing sheets and Use Company based system. A Setting and operating CNC machining centres A Ensure production is carried out correctly for product conformity.
