An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Operations Assistant to join a well-established company based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. The Company: Established in 2001 on the Wirral and is a market leader in the manufacture and supply of specific agricultural machinery for both national and international requirements. They continuously exploring new and exciting sectors, as well as introducing new machines to expand their current extensive machine range. This is a very exciting time to join the business and be a part of their dedicated team to drive the business on further forward. About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established manufacturing OEM business and become a valued member of their Operations team; you must have solid previous experience within a similar roll working in a manufacturing environment. • Process incoming Machine orders and placing them into the Build Schedule, whilst liaising with the Operations Director and with guidance from the Sales Manager for Sale Team requirements. • Assist the Operations Director in updating the Build Schedule for ongoing and for the completion of finished machines. • Providing information from our pricing guide to our Dealer network. • Process OEM and Spare Parts orders when required. • Arrange delivery of machines that are not being delivered by our own transportation, this is done by liaising with an existing external haulage company. • Organise for Operators Manuals and Spare Parts Booklets to go out with completed machines. • Work closely and with guidance from the Operations Director, ensuring stock levels are updated onto our systems for any scheduling requirements, this being mostly for OEM Parts (typically a 3 – 6-month cycle only). Candidate Requirements: • Reporting directly to and working closely with the Operations Director. • Be required to work closely with the Assembly and Fabrication Team Leaders to ensure required parts are ordered if required and.
